The manager Tony was extremely helpful and honest. That is hard to find at most shops. I hope whoever the decision makers are, fast track this guy to a regional level so all the shops reflect his honesty and straightforward approach.

Can’t say enough amazing things about Lucas and the entire team that worked on my car! Everyone was so informative and transparent regarding issues with my vehicle and the pricing. I was updated throughout the process and felt like they prioritized customer collaboration, satisfaction and safety. I’ll definitely be coming back for future services. Thank you all!!!!

Explained my situation to Michael. He was very honest stating they could do diagnostics themselves but based on the situation very likely would have to go to the dealership and they would have do diagnostics again. Did not waste my time nor money. Would certainly come back for future issues.

Worst place to take your vehicle. I brought my car in for valve stems and TPMS sensors. Should have paid $147. I got a phone call the night I dropped my car off saying I needed a front wheel barring because if they took the lug nuts off it would snap my stems. Also tried to get me to pay $2000 for brakes. Absolutely not. So I left paying almost $800. For the stems and wheel baring. I was also never told if they broke the stems so who knows if the wheel baring was even needed. Having to return 10 minutes after I picked up my vehicle and all I could hear was awful noise coming from the wheel baring. The tech left tools hanging from my car. Now returning after a week to pick up the lug nuts I am owed due to not having enough in stock and the sensors still do not work after being told they need to be driven on. And still owed 4 lug nuts so will have to return a 5th time since I dropped my vehicle off to have such the simplest thing done. Insane & extremely unprofessional.

Recently I needed two tires mounted before a road trip and really regret coming to this location. First, I was waiting several hours to get my wheels back and called only to learn that they forgot to call and tell me they were done. When I got my wheels back, I found them scratched up and chipped in several places. The week previous I spent a lot of time restoring these wheels only to have that work ruined by careless techs. Matt told me that their machine isn’t “touch less,” but I wish they had informed me there was a risk of damage before I dropped them off. Even still, it’s clear that they used a screwdriver to pry off the center caps causing unnecessary damage when you can literally pop them out from the back. Finally, when I got my car back and didn’t drive it for a few weeks I noticed I had a flat tire. After washing my car I noticed bubbling around the valve stem, showing that the leak happened because of the install. When I called to get this leak fixed they said I would have to pay additionally for this repair since it had been a few weeks. It’s a slow leak that only was obvious after this amount of time. I really can’t recommend a shop that doesn’t respect their custom
